How long does it take for an order to be delivered?

During the checkout page, under the Shipping Method section, our website shows the available delivery methods and the estimated delivery time in business days once the package is handed over to the shipping carrier.

Once check-out is complete, it takes 1-2 business day for us to pack, seal, travel and hand packages over to the mail carriers. Delivery includes the time for us to process orders plus estimated shipping time. 

Estimated delivery days are the number of days our delivery partners aim to deliver by but are not guaranteed.

The time frame for delivery with our Standard service can vary depending on destination within the U.S. Estimated delivery times are given for specific destinations during checkout.

When will my order ship?

As soon as the order is confirmed, it’s sends directly over to our team to be picked and packed. It takes us 1-2 business days to finish and commute to the shipping carrier to hand over orders.

Our team is working Monday through Friday, 9am to 4pm.

Our work time can be affected by holidays and the quantity of orders being processed through our storage hub.

In all cases, exceptions exist for remote areas and delivery times vary from cities and states. We provide estimates to help you plan your orders, but we cannot promise or guarantee delivery times due to factors outside our control.

What countries/states do you ship to?

Currently, we are only shipping within the U.S. We cannot deliver to Armed Forces at this time.

What should I do if my order is late?

We provide certain mail carriers and trust delivery estimates are correct. We pack, travel to hand off orders prioritizing processing time frame as close as possible. Unfortunately, conditions out of our control or local weather events can occasionally cause a delay.

If your order has exceeded the estimated delivery time frame or something looks unusual on the shipping tracking pages, please contact us! Please reach out straight away as we may not be able to assist if the shipment date has passed 30 days.

Any late order that you no longer wish to keep can be returned for a refund. For more information on this, please refer to our returns policy.

How much does shipping cost?

Currently, we are working on offering Free Standard (3-4 business days) shipments on all orders within the U.S.

During checkout, under the Shipping Method section, it will show our current delivery options and estimated delivery times base on costs. For most destinations, we aim to offer a standard tracked service and express service. 

All orders placed on shopantlers.com will ship from West Covina, CA.

Our Standard and Priority services are optimized based on the destination, so your order may be delivered via UPS or USPS.

The timeframe for delivery with our Standard service can vary depending on destination within the U.S. Estimated delivery times are given for specific destinations during checkout.
